Return Terms & Conditions

We accept return and exchange ONLY on unworn items within 7 days after the item is received. Please contact us first to provide you the return shipping address. The item must  be unworn and brand new. After we receive the item, and confirm that it's unworn, we will refund you.

For Eligible Return
1.Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2.It must also be in the original packaging.
3.Our free returns are strictly only applicable for any errors or damages caused by us and approved by our quality control team.Any other returns will charge a 30% restocking fee and shipping fee back to us will be bared by the customer himself.
4.For sizing matters or other related issue, any shipping fee back to us will not be covered and will be bared by the customer himself. Customer also needs to take the risk of customs duty when returning the package back.
5.We highly recommend returning all items using a traceable shipping method, as we will not be held liable for lost packages.
6.Any return or exchange item will have to be approved by us and qualify with our RULE first before we are able to further process your request.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 1: All our sneakers and bags are 95% and above similarity to the retail product, this really depends as each batch is made very limited in order to maintain TOP quality & consistency throughout. Our factory will check and packaging your bag carefully, but usually they will not take pics before the shippment. Don't worry, we promise you will get a perfect product. We make products that you can wear with confidence.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 2: Do not send your purchase back to our sender's address, we will be sending you a returning address once you reach out to us.

Not Accepted:
1.Items not in its original condition, has damaged or missing parts for reasons which are not due to our error. For example, violent transit or package theft.
2.Items which are returned after 7 days of receiving your order.
3.Orders that has already been processed & shipped right after cancellation is being requested.
4.Customer cannot apply for a refund or exchange for reason that the item fails legit check.
5.We don't support any refund or exchange for reselling of our items.

Steps to Exchange or Refund:
1.Please contact us when you decide to return or exchange.
2.Please tell us the reason why you want to return or exchange. If it is because of the shoes' or bags' defect, please also send us the pics of defective part.
3.When Classemble and the customer reach an agreement, the customer can return the package to us. The item must be unworn. After we receive the product, and confirm that it's unworn, we will refund you.
